We're hiring.
Video Editor (all genders)
You'll edit videos for clients including startups, politicians and influencers. As part of our editing team, you'll share your knowledge with other editors, contribute to internal meetings and work closely with the video team on location.
What you'll bring
- Confidence using Premiere Pro, DaVinci or CapCut, whichever you work best with
- A feel for social media formats
- Reliability with deadlines. Our clients publish to a schedule.
Nice to have, but not essential: After Effects and experience using AI tools in a video workflow.
Pay: Pay depends on your experience, skill level and the quality of your work. We agree it individually and review it regularly, usually every two months, as you develop your skills and take on more responsibility.
Videographer / Photographer (all genders)
You'll join shoots at businesses, medical practices and events, and sometimes at the state parliament. You'll film and take photos independently or support our team on set. If you'd also like to plan social media content or manage accounts, we can expand the role in that direction. That's entirely optional.
What you'll bring
- Experience working with a camera
- A friendly, reliable manner. You'll represent us with clients.
Nice to have, but not essential: A driving licence. Shoot locations aren't always within walking distance.
You don't need your own equipment. We have professional photo and video equipment, which you're also welcome to use for your own projects.
Pay: Pay depends on your experience, skill level and the quality of your work. We agree it individually and review it regularly, usually every two months, as you develop your skills and take on more responsibility.
Full-time, as a working student, in a part-time mini-job alongside school or university, or during a gap year: what matters to us is what you can do and how quickly you learn. If you're motivated and want to grow with us, we'll find a working arrangement that suits you.
